A multi-day event needed a way to handle hundreds of repetitive attendee questions without burning out volunteers. I built a structured FAQ knowledge base and connected it to a chatbot that handled the most common questions—parking, schedules, what to bring—before they reached staff. Volunteer email load dropped significantly by opening weekend.
AI-assisted call intake for a healthcare practice.
A busy practice was losing scheduling time to unstructured phone calls and inconsistent intake. I built an AI receptionist and call workflow that handled initial inquiries, collected intake data, and flagged calls that needed human follow-up. The front desk went from fielding every call to reviewing summaries.

An online training program had a broken intake-to-enrollment handoff that was quietly losing participants. I’m Chad Keene—a solo systems consultant based in southern Oregon. I work hands-on with small organizations to build practical operations: AI-assisted tools, workflow documentation, intake and scheduling systems, and the kind of quiet backend work that keeps things from falling apart.
